- Includes: laser etching, mechanical/rotary engraving, UV direct-to-substrate printing, glass & crystal etching, acid etching on brass, stainless steel and copper.

How long does a typical order take?
Most standard orders are ready in 5–10 business days, depending on quantity and finish.
Some larger cusom orders for thousands of units can take 6-8 Weeks
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! Every quote factors in volume pricing, so larger orders like club medal runs or corporate gifting programs are priced accordingly from the first quote.
Can you match our club or brand colours?
Yes. Send through your colours, crest or brand guidelines with your enquiry and we’ll match them in the proof.
Do you deliver Australia & New Zealand wide?
Yes! we produce everything in Melbourne and ship nationwide, including New Zealand, or you can arrange pickup from our Richmond workshop.
Do I need finished artwork to get a quote?
Not always. A photo, a rough sketch, or even just a description is enough to start. Our team will help refine it into a proof.
